Benefit Software is a leading provider of ERP solutions for the global shipping industry. Since its inception in 1994, the company has been defined by a philosophy of collaboration — both internally and throughout its extensive network of clients and partners.
As part of a strategic brand revitalization, a new visual identity was designed to translate the company’s core values — collaboration, connectivity, and shared progress — into a coherent visual language that prioritizes message clarity, directness of communication, and aesthetic brand cohesion. Within the new brand icon, the counter-spaces of the letter «B» were crafted so that the negative space forms two converging arrows, symbolizing a continuous pursuit of interaction and collaboration — the very core of the brand’s philosophy.
The result is a flexible visual ecosystem comprising a new brand icon, alternative logo lockups, adapted brand patterns, a refreshed colour palette, and structured typographic and photographic direction — a unified communications system that synthesizes strategy, form, and functionality across all brand touchpoints.
The original brand pattern was created by Eleanor Lines — a British artist based in Greece — in close collaboration with the Benefit team, and has been refreshed and integrated into the new visual identity.
